The Caleb Olubiyi Foundation (COF) was established in December 2018 in obedience to divine instruction, with a clear mandate: to put smiles on the faces of widows, widowers, and the needy. Since inception, the Foundation has remained steadfast in its commitment to restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity to vulnerable individuals and underserved communities. We are driven by compassion, guided by faith, and committed to practical interventions that address real human needs. The Foundation is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of Nigeria, operating with transparency, integrity, and accountability.
Together, this multidisciplinary team ensures that the Foundation’s programs are professionally designed,
ethically implemented, and legally compliant.
Our Mission We are on a mission to repair and restore the old path—committed to solving human needs in their spiritual, physical, and material dimensions. We minister to people by fulfilling God’s mandate: “To deal thy bread to the hungry, bring the poor that are cast out to thy house, and clothe the naked.” Our mission is rooted in compassion and service, ensuring that the vulnerable are not forgotten, and that dignity is restored to those in need.
To build a society where every vulnerable person—regardless of nation, colour, faith, or culture—has access to nourishment, shelter, healthcare, education, and empowerment opportunities necessary for a dignified and fulfilling life.

I am Chinaka Odion, a widow and mother with four children.filled with immense gratitude and joy today. Life has not always been easy, and paying my son's school fees had become a heavy burden that weighed on my heart every single day. I prayed fervently for a way out, believing that help would come at the right time. By the grace of God, I met with the director of Caleb Olubiyi Foundation and they provided the much-needed support of ₦100,000 to cover his school fees. This timely assistance lifted a load off my shoulders and gave my son the opportunity to continue his education without interruption. Words cannot fully express how thankful I am to the foundation and everyone involved for their compassion and generosity. I am grateful.
